ProHealth Care called on the Judson team to sell a few of there properties that no longer were needed within there system.  The first office building was located along Silver Spring Drive in Menomonee Falls.  This building was sold to Kohls Corporate for Kohls new fitness center.  The next building was located downtown Menomonee Falls along Appleton avenue.  This building was dated and would be better suited for redevelopment.  After a good marketing time Judson sold the property to a local developer that will be removing the existing 60,000 square foot building and replacing it with an apartment building with some retail space on the first floor.  The new buildling will take advantage of the frontage it has on the Menomonee River and the great views of the Menomonee River dam.
