Foundations Bank was in the process of foreclosing on a pair of office buildings in Franklin Wisconsin that totaled 60,000 square feet. These building were owner occupied which created a large vacancy within the properties. During the foreclosure process Foundations had Judson (JA Management Services) appointed as the court ordered reciever. JA Management immediately started to clean up the property and get it ready for a sale. The first order of business was to secure the remaining tenants in the two buildings. While JA Management was taking care of the property Judson & Associates went to market and started looking for tenants and buyers. After a thourough search Judson took the chance to reply to an Request for Proposal from the United States Government looking for space for the Department of Transportation. After a very detailed and thourough process the property was selected as the winner of the RFP. Once this lease was secured the Judson team went looking for an investor. A buyer was identified and the Sarah Investment Group from Madison was the buyer of the property. This was a great project for both Judson & Associates as well as JA Management Services and with there efforts Foundations was able to maximize the value in these two office buildings.
