Mike has been in the contracting business for over 20 years since graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee.  Within his 20+ years of managing and owning a business, he has developed a keen ear to what clients need and want.  He has developed a very simple policy...LISTEN!  By listening, Mike has developed numerous long term client relationships which has fueled his career.  Having been a member of many of his industries associations, Mike has developed a reputation of someone who not only offers questions and concerns about his industry, but solutions as well.  He has served on advisory boards, and been asked to present and speak at numerous industry related events.  Mike is looking forward to using these past experiences as a bridge to the commercial real estate market.
